Explosion-proof Ex components, models: SMD MK 1.0 Exd-A-ХХХ… Х, SMD MK 1.0 Exd-Н-ХХХ… Х, are not intended for stand-alone use in hazardous areas, as the markings do not specify the zone of application or temperature class. The Ex component is used for further assembly and subsequent certification.
The material used for the production of Ex components is aluminum alloy or stainless steel 12X18H10T.
Ex-components are provided with the following types of explosion protection: GOST IEC 60079-1-2013 "flameproof enclosures "d"" and GOST IEC 60079-31-2013 equipment with dust ignition protection by enclosures "t".
Ex-components offer various flameproof connection options in accordance with GOST IEC 60079-1-2013. They are manufactured using either welded stainless steel or cast aluminum alloy. A viewing window can be located on the front cover of the enclosure.
