Design

The explosion-proof monitor Orion MK M eliminates the possibility of emergency situations at production facilities in complex technological processes at enterprises engaged in the extraction and processing of oil and gas products, as well as in chemical industries and mining and concentration complexes. Orion MK M allows you to visually monitor on screen processes occurring in places where human presence is unacceptable or dangerous.

This explosion-proof equipment is an explosion-proof housing with an explosion-proof type of flameproof enclosure “d” and eliminates the occurrence of an explosion because the shell does not allow the escape of a spark or explosion beyond its chapels.

The Orion MK M explosion-proof monitor is manufactured from low carbon steel with subsequent painting or stainless steel. Overall dimensions depend on the diagonal of the monitor being installed (17 ”, 19”, 21 ”). The case has the form of a rectangle with electrical devices installed inside. The monitor is installed inside the casing and is fixed with the help of brackets, protected from impacts by transparent glass which is glued on the inner contour of the front side. The internal space of the case is filled with a compound, which allows for increased protection against the penetration of moisture and the output of the spark discharge. The heating plate is also installed inside the shell on a special plate, which allows to uniformly heat all the space inside the case, which allows it to operate at extremely low temperatures down to -60. One of the thermostats is set to the lower, and the second to the upper aisle of the temperature providing a constant temperature, preventing overheating or frosting. A box is installed at the bottom, where the power indicator and control settings buttons for the monitor screen settings are mounted. The installed protective cover over the buttons protects against increased danger conditions. Orion MK M assumes a fixed installation and with the possibility of moving around the production.
