The video camera allows video recording both in the daytime and in conditions of insufficient visibility (twilight, night).

Design

Video cameras Orion OP VK are used in conditions of possible impact of aggressive media of both natural and artificial nature.

Depending on the configuration Orion OP VK is installed at a remote distance from the object of observation, since high-definition cameras with built-in infrared illumination are used, which allows to obtain a high-quality picture in night-time surveillance conditions. Lenses mounted on the diodes, improve the viewing angle and the illumination range. The internal space of the video camera is equipped with heating in cases of low temperatures, the optimum mode of operation is set. The built-in cleaner provides high-quality cleaning of the viewing window from various kinds of pollution. It is recommended to turn on the cleaner in low temperature conditions after the image appears on the monitor, as it prevents the cleaner from freezing to the body.

Orion OP VC video camera is a protected case with IP67 casing protection class with a camera installed inside. The security camera is made of low carbon steel; corrosion resistant steel; aluminum alloy. The body is a hollow cylinder with welded flanges for fastening the covers. The back cover of the shell is attached to the case with six screws and has on the outer side two fittings with an internal thread for installing cable glands, and on the opposite side, which is installed inside the case, a power board with thermostats is mounted. With the help of thermostats provided, warming up the internal space of the camcorder. With a “cold start”, power is supplied to the video camera after the internal space of the video camera is warming up. When the temperature reaches above 55 ° C, an emergency power-down of the video equipment occurs. The emitter board has eight light-emitting diodes of the infrared glow spectrum, optical lenses are installed on top of them, which positively affect the characteristics of the searchlight depending on the conditions of video surveillance. The design of the camera has a photo relay (dark sensor) that allows you to respond to the light, giving a signal to turn on or off the light. The built-in emitter is installed in the front flange of the case and fixed with a lid with a light-transmitting window, made of impact-resistant glass. To exclude the ingress of moisture and dust, rubber seals are used at the attachment points for removable body parts. A visor mounted on top of the case is also an element limiting adverse environmental conditions.

Orion OP VK is equipped with a bracket for mounting on a horizontal or vertical plane, as well as a console bracket for mounting on a pipe.
