Design

Orion OP TVR is used in conditions of possible exposure to aggressive media of both natural and artificial nature. This equipment is protected allows you to completely eliminate the ingress of liquids in the production cycle, as well as to use in the security system, early detection of fire, failure in technological processes (release of critical thermal energy from the specified values), overheating of equipment and heat transfer media.

Orion OP TVR is a heat-insulated enclosures in which a thermal imaging camera (thermal imager) is placed, given that ordinary borosilicate glass does not transmit thermal radiation, germanium glass is used. This glass provides infrared transmission and a high refractive index. The degree of protection of the shell allows you to operate a thermocouple at high humidity, low temperatures, as well as with increased mechanical loads. The internal space of the video camera is equipped with heating in cases of low temperatures, the optimum operation mode is set.
