The video camera "Orion MK VK type-5" is designed to convert an optical image into an electrical signal with subsequent transmission via cable networks to the operator's station in the presence of an explosive atmosphere, as well as aggressive environments.The camcorder allows you to record video both in the daytime and in conditions of insufficient visibility (twilight, night).

The scope of application is to ensure the protection, safety and control of technological processes of explosive and aggressive industries in oil, oil refining, petrochemical, gas and other complex technological industries, including mines.

The explosion-proof video camera "Orion MK VK type-5" has an explosion protection of the type "explosion-proof enclosure "d"". Explosion protection marking in accordance with GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0:2011) for versions with case material made of mild or stainless steel РВ Ex d I Mb / 1Ex d IIC T6 Gb / Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db, for versions with case material aluminum alloy 1Ex d IIC T6 Gb / Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db.

The video camera belongs to explosion-proof electrical equipment of groups I, II, III according to GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0:2011) and is intended for use in underground workings of mines, mines and their surface structures, as well as in explosive areas of premises and outdoor installations in accordance with with the established explosion protection marking, the requirements of TR TS 012/2011, GOST IEC 60079-14-2013, and other regulatory documents governing the use of electrical equipment.

The explosion-proof video camera is designed for operation at an ambient temperature of minus 40°С to plus 50°С, climatic version UHL1 according to GOST 15150-69. Atmospheric pressure from 84 to 106.7 kPa.The degree of protection of the shell is IP67 according to GOST 14254.

Protection against electric shock according to GOST 12.2.07.0-75: class III.The metal case has protective grounding and working insulation from current-carrying parts.
