An electrically heated tube bundle consists of one or more tubes made of stainless steel or PTFE/PFA material and a self-regulating electric heating cable. The PTFE/PFA tubes have a two-tube, parallel design followed by an aluminum band to distribute temperature throughout the tubes. Between the layers of aluminum tapes there is a tinned copper thread for grounding. The next layer is several layers of thermal insulation material. The entire structure is protected by an outer, seamless casing made of extruded plastic.

These tube bundles are easy to use and install on site, significantly reduce installation time on site, and have a long warranty service life of 20 years, subject to correct installation.

The elastic, antistatic outer shell protects against the possibility of electrostatic charges, which is especially important when working in a potentially explosive environment.

The reinforced outer shell made it possible to reduce the bending radius by 2 times compared to a conventional tube. A regular tube has a bending radius of at least 10 diameters, the bending radius of the SMDLINE-F tube is 5 diameters, which greatly simplifies installation and eliminates involuntary mechanical damage to the internal structure.

The new design when laying the SMDLINE-F pipe bundle allows you to do without pipe benders and special tools; all operations for fitting and removing the shell will be performed with ordinary tools.
