The monitors are designed to reproduce the video signal and visually display information coming to the operator's post via various networks to track technological processes, emergencies, protect facilities, account for various vehicles, etc. On the basis of the monitor and additional equipment, including the ORION series, it is possible to organize, using software integration, the interaction of video surveillance and the equipment systems of the alarm and control system, obtaining the following advantages: creating configurations, sending to equipment, polling devices and obtaining the status of hardware, control object devices, displaying the plan of the object with visual observation of the state of the incident, giving an operational assessment to the relevant services by displaying the image on the monitor from the nearest cameras. This monitor is designed for installation in areas where there is a risk of explosive atmospheres and adverse weather conditions. The monitor can be used in industries, refineries, petrochemical plants, fuel distribution warehouses, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, mining, civil engineering in hazardous environments, printing and textiles, etc.
Monitors, depending on the configuration, are used in places where the presence of an explosive gas mixture is unlikely (Zone 2) or where there is a possibility of an explosive gas mixture (Zone 1) . The monitors can be used in various industrial sectors, including the mining complex for the extraction of minerals by underground or open pit. The environment may contain explosive mixtures of gases, vapors with air, dust categories IIB+H2, IIC and IIIC, including IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB.
The equipment differs in the material of the case, the light-transmitting part, the type of installation, dimensions and explosion protection marking. Explosion protection marking depending on the configuration is given in Table 1.
Monitors are made of aluminum alloy material or stainless steel or mild steel. In the manufacture of a monitor for mines and mines, light-alloy materials (aluminum alloy) are not used. The material of the light-transmitting part is monolithic polycarbonate or tempered glass.
ORION MK MONITOR set 01 is provided with several types of explosion protection in accordance with GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0:2011), "db" - equipment with the type of protection "explosion-proof enclosures "d"" in accordance with GOST IEC 60079-1-2013, "mb" - equipment with the type of protection "sealing with compound "m"" according to GOST 31610.18-2016 / IEC 60079-18:2014, "eb [ib]" - increased protection type "e" according to GOST 31610.7-2017 (IEC 60079-7:2015) and equipment with the type of protection "intrinsically safe electrical circuit "i"" in accordance with GOST 31610.11-2014 GOST (IEC60079-11:2011), "tb" - equipment with protection against dust ignition by shells "t" in accordance with GOST IEC 60079-31-2013. External intrinsically safe USB 1.0 interface circuit for connecting the touch screen: U m = 250V, U o = 6.3V, I o = 0.35A, C o = 30uF, L o = 0.25mH, P o = 0.95W . Intrinsically safe touch screen parameters: U i = 6.8V, I i = 1A, C i = 17.6 μF, L i = 5 μH, P i = 1.7 W. This equipment belongs to the electrical equipment group II, III according to GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0:2011) and is intended for use in explosive Zone 2 . The environment may contain explosive mixtures of gases, vapors with air IIA, IIB + H2 and dust categories IIIA, IIIB, IIIC.
ORION MK MONITOR set 02 and ORION MK MONITOR set. 03 are provided with the following types of explosion protection: "db" - equipment with the type of protection "flameproof enclosures "d"" in accordance with GOST IEC 60079-1-2013, explosion protection "intrinsically safe electrical circuit "i"" in accordance with GOST 31610.11-2014 GOST (IEC60079-11: 2011); "tb" - equipment with protection against dust ignition by enclosures "t" according to GOST IEC 60079-31-2013. External intrinsically safe USB 1.0 interface circuit for connecting the touch screen: U m = 250V, U o = 6.3V, I o = 0.35A, C o = 30uF, L o = 0.25mH, P o = 0.95W . Intrinsically safe touch screen parameters: U i = 6.8V, I i = 1A, C i = 17.6 μF, L i = 5 μH, P i = 1.7 W. This equipment belongs to the group of electrical equipment I, II and III in accordance with GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0:2011) and is intended for use in explosive Zone 1 . The environment may contain explosive mixtures of gases, vapors with air IIA, IIB, IIC and dust categories IIIA, IIIB, IIIC. According to its technical characteristics, it is marked for mines, mines and their surface structures in accordance with the following standards: fundamental concept and methodology (for underground workings) in accordance with GOST 31438.2-2011 (EN 1127-2:2002), equipment and components intended for use in potentially explosive environments of underground workings of mines and mines according to GOST 31439-2011 (EN 1710:2005).
