KVVZ GK series junction boxes are designed for connecting and branching flat heating cables in AC and DC circuits in electrical installations in the chemical, gas, oil, and other industries. The boxes consist of a shell housing terminal blocks, while cable entries and a support bracket are located on the side walls. The support bracket allows the box to be secured to a round pipeline using metal clamps. The KVVZ GK box can accommodate up to three flat heating cables through a single cable entry. By default, the boxes are supplied with spring-loaded terminal clamps for 2.5 mm² wire. External and internal grounding clamps are available.

plastic cable entry MG16 for open cable installation with a diameter of 6-10 mm;
for laying cable with a diameter of 8-12 mm in a pipe with a connecting thread G1/2;
for armoured cable with a through diameter of 8-12 mm and an outer diameter of up to 18 mm;
for connecting a cable with a diameter of 8-12 mm in a metal sleeve RZTSKH-15.

Decoding the designation when ordering:
KVVZ GKLT – nK
KVVZ GK – designation of a series of boxes for heating cable;
L – presence of an indicator lamp (if absent, not indicated);
T(N) – installation option: T- on the pipe; N – wall;
n – number of power inputs, if input 1, then not indicated.
K - type of power cable entries:
without designation - plastic cable entry MG16 for open cable with a diameter of 6-10 mm;
B – for connecting an armoured cable with a through diameter of 8-12 mm and an outer diameter of 18 mm.
KM15 – for laying cable with a diameter of 8-12 mm in a metal sleeve RZ-TsKh-15 mm.
All boxes are equipped with screw terminal clamps and a ground clamp.
