COMBINED POSTS

Modular posts are designed to alert electrical and process personnel at a facility (plant, installation) about changes in operating mode, equipment failure, accidents, and other emergency situations. The alarm signal is received by the modular post from the emergency notification system.

The posts are sound or light-and-sound alarm devices that incorporate the functions of a light-and-sound alarm system and an alarm control station. All components are rigidly mounted on a metal frame. Connecting cables are routed through a flexible metal conduit.

The posts use explosion-proof equipment manufactured by SMD Company LLC:

• Light and sound alarms of the Orbita MK series
• Light and sound-light boards of the "Sfera MK" series
• Control posts of the PKV MK series
