are intended for switching, control and indication of operating modes of electrical circuits of alternating and direct current of industrial frequency in explosive zones, as well as for connecting armoured and unarmoured electrical cables of round or flat cross-section in a metal sleeve or pipe.

The material used for the production of control posts is stainless steel.

The control stations are provided with the following types of explosion protection: GOST R IEC 60079-7-2012 Increased protection type "e", GOST 31610.11-2014 (IEC 60079-11:2011) "intrinsically safe electrical circuit "i", GOST IEC 60079-1-2013 "flameproof enclosures "d"" and GOST IEC 60079-31-2013 equipment with dust ignition protection by enclosures "t".

The equipment belongs to electrical equipment groups I, II, and III according to GOST 31610.0-2014 and is intended for use in hazardous areas of indoor and outdoor installations in accordance with the explosion protection marking. The equipment can be used in hazardous areas of classes 0, 1, and 2 according to GOST IEC 60079-10-1-2011, as well as in mines and pits according to GOST 31439-2011 (EN 1710:2005). The environment may contain explosive mixtures of gases and vapors with air of categories IIA, IIB, IIC, and dust IIIC.

In the standard configuration, the customer selects the type and number of cable entries, as well as switching elements, indicators, and text labels. Depending on the available space inside the enclosure, two types of terminal clamps are installed: screw or spring. Each switching element has one or two contacts. Normally closed and normally open contacts can be used. The manufacturer reserves the right to arrange all components according to its design.

The posts may have signs with operational inscriptions in Russian and foreign languages: “Start”, “Stop”, “Forward”, “Back”, “Up”, “Down”, “Right”, “Left”, “Fast”, “Slow”, “Push”, “Brake”, “Open”, “Close”, “Off”, “Auto-0-On” and other short inscriptions at the customer’s request.
