An electrically traced tube bundle consists of one or more stainless steel or PTFE/PFA tubes and a self-regulating electric heating cable. The PTFE/PFA tubes are arranged in a parallel, twin-tube design, followed by an aluminum tape to distribute the temperature within the tubes. Between the layers of aluminum tape is a tinned copper grounding wire. The next layer is made up of several layers of thermal insulation material. The entire assembly is protected by a seamless outer jacket made of extruded plastic.
These tube bundles are easy to use and install on-site, significantly reduce installation time on-site, and have a long warranty period of 20 years, subject to correct installation.
SMDLINE- A (antistatic coating of the outer shell of the impulse tube)
The use of specially protected tube bundles in highly hazardous areas of the chemical and petrochemical industries ensures the highest possible operational reliability and reliable protection for people and the environment from potential accidents and failures. The flexible, antistatic outer shell protects against the buildup of electrostatic charges, which is especially important when working in potentially explosive environments.

SMDLINE- F, FA (flexible bundle with antistatic coating of the outer shell of the impulse tube)
The reinforced outer shell allows for a bending radius that's half that of a standard tube. While a standard tube has a bending radius of at least 10 diameters, the SMDLINE-F tube's bending radius is 5 diameters, significantly simplifying installation and preventing accidental mechanical damage to the internal structure.
The new design of the SMDLINE-F tube bundle allows for the installation of tubes without the need for pipe benders or special tools; all fitting and shell removal operations are performed using standard tools.

Also, electric heated tube bundles can be manufactured in a self-supporting design for placing bundles in a vertical plane up to 120 m.
Steam heated tube bundles contain tubes made of stainless steel or PTFE/PFA material, and
Steam pipes made of copper or stainless steel. The pipes are wrapped in several layers of thermal insulation material. The entire structure is protected by an outer, seamless, anti-static plastic casing.
These tube bundles are easy to use and install on-site, significantly reduce installation time on-site, and have a long warranty period of 20 years, subject to correct installation.
