Control boxes are designed for connection or status indication of AC/DC circuits of commercial frequency in explosive zones. The boxes have explosion protection marking "1 ExdllBT6Gb" and can be used in explosive zones of Level 1 and 2. Enclosure material - aluminium alloy.
Control box contains one switching component (button, switch) or indication component (LED lamp). Component type is specified in the order. The boxes can have sign plates with explanatory inscriptions in Russian and foreign languages: 'Start', 'Stop', etc. The boxes are designed to accommodate armoured and non-armoured electrical cables of round cross-section, as well as cables in metal hose or pipe.
Boxes are supplied with cable glands of various versions:
- for surface routing of the cable with diameter 6-12 mm;
- for routing 6-12 mm cable in pipe with G 1/2 connection thread;
- for connection of armoured cable with outer diameter 6-12 mm;
- for connection of 6-12 mm armoured cable in metal hose RZTsH-15, 20.
All cable glands gave G 1/2 pipe thread.
