The detector is used to detect a fire and transmit a signal to a control panel. It is designed for use in automatic fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems both at special-purpose facilities (oil and petroleum product tanks) and indoors. The detector is a maximum-range detector and can be used in short-circuit alarm loops (parallel connection). The response temperature is set using a resistor. The response current (in "FIRE" mode) is set by a resistor. The detector complies with TR CU 043/2017, TR CU 012/2011, GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0:2011), GOST 60079-1-2013, GOST 60079-31-2013, GOST 31439-2011 (EN 1710:2005), GOST R 53325-2012.
The detectors are available in two versions: detectors IP 101 – 201.6 – A3 – AZIMUT MK, IP 101 – 201.7 – S – AZIMUT MK, IP 101 – 201.8 – D – AZIMUT MK do not have an addressable expander, and detectors IP 101 – 201.9 – A3 – AZIMUT MK – AM, IP 101 – 201.10 – S – AZIMUT MK – AM, IP 101 – 201.11 – D – AZIMUT MK – AM are produced with addressable expanders: either “S2000-AP1 ver.2” manufactured by Bolid LLC, or “AM-1 R3” manufactured by Rubezh LLC. The Bolid addressable version is used with the S2000-KDL or S2000-KDL-2I two-wire communication line controller as part of the Orion integrated security system (https://bolid.ru/), and the Rubezh addressable version is used with devices via an addressable communication line (ALS) as part of the Rubezh systems using the R3 protocol (https://products.rubezh.ru/). The detector has explosion protection of the "flameproof enclosure "d" type according to GOST 60079-1-2013 and "dust ignition protection by enclosure "tb"" according to GOST IEC 60079-31. Explosion protection marking for an aluminum alloy shell Ga/Gb Ex ia/db IIC T4 X / Ex tb [ia Da] IIIC T135°C Db X according to GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0:2011), and for stainless steel PB Ex db [ia Ma] I Mb X / Ex tb [ia Da] IIIC T135°C Db X .
The detector is used to detect the source of a fire and transmit a signal to the control panel and is intended for use in automatic fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems at special-purpose facilities (oil and oil product tanks), as well as floating facilities under construction and located under the supervision of the Russian Maritime and River Register.
Explosion-proof heat detectors are classified as addressable or non-addressable. They come in standard (for tanks) or shortened (for indoor use) heat-sensitive housings.
These detectors are designed for installation in hazardous areas of class 0 and lower according to GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0:2011) and are connected to intrinsically safe alarm loops (AL) of Yauza-Ex, YakhontI, or other fire alarm control panels (FACPs) whose intrinsically safe electrical circuits support connection of this detector. When installed outside hazardous areas, these detectors can operate with virtually any FACP that does not provide intrinsically safe alarm loops. FACPs are structurally divided into addressable and non-addressable. The addressable version of the detector is used with the S2000-KDL_______ or S2000-KDL-2I two-wire communication line controller as part of the Orion integrated security system. https://bolid.ru.
Explosion-proof detectors comply with the requirements of GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0:2011), GOST31610.11-2014 (IEC 60079-11:2011), GOST 31610.18-2016/IEC 60079-18:2014, GOST IEC 60079-31-2013, GOST 31439-2011 (EN1710: 2005) and have the following marking: for non-addressable « РО Ex ia I Ma X / 0Ex ia IIC T6 Ga X / Ex ia IIIC 850C Da X », for addressable « 0Ex ia ma IIC T6 Ga X / Ex ia ma IIIC 850C Da X ». The equipment belongs to electrical equipment groups I, II and III according to GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0) and is intended for use in explosive gas and field mixtures, including mines and pits. IPT can be used in explosive mixtures of subgroup IIC, IIIC. Marking of the parameters of the intrinsically safe circuit for power supply of detectors: Ui = 30 V; Ii = 100 mA; Pi = 0.75 W; Ci = 0.064 μF; Li = 2 μH , addressable loop line: Ui = 15 V; Ii = 900 mA; Pi = 3.4 W; Ci = 10 pF; Li = 1 μH according to GOST 31610.11-2014 (IEC 60079-11:2011). Short-circuit current of the addressable loop Ikz ≤ 170 mA. Housing material - polyamide. The "X" sign at the end of the marking indicates operational limitations: static charge accumulation is possible, the housing surface can only be wiped with a damp or antistatic cloth. The ambient temperature for non-addressable heat detectors is from minus 60 ° C to plus 70 ° C, for the version with the "Bolid" addressable mark from minus 45 ° C to plus 55 ° C. Climatic version: explosion-proof equipment SMD 425212 482 000RE (240625) 4 OM (MU), UHL (NF) and HL (F) categories 1, 2, 3, atmosphere type II-IV according to GOST 15150, and relative air humidity of 100% at a temperature of no more than 250C and 95% without condensation at a temperature of no more than 400C.
