Explosion-proof Video camera with a rotating support device is intended for safe and effective video surveillance of objects of chemical, oil and gas and other industries located in the presence of an explosive atmosphere.It is a cylindrical rack with servo drives placed inside, allowing the device to rotate in the horizontal and vertical planes.To install various means of video recording, an outboard bracket is placed on the rotary mechanism in two versions: for mounting a single video camera, or for a video camera with an outboard LED backlight in its own case.The device provides maximum angles of rotation in the horizontal and vertical planes, which allows you to fix almost any area in the room and eliminates the occurrence of blind spots.The body of the slewing ring and the thermo-casing is made of corrosion-resistant steel, which will allow the equipment to be placed in corrosive environments.
The rotary support device can be equipped with a video camera Orion MK VK type-1 and an IR illuminator Orion MK IK in explosion-proof design made of stainless steel produced by LLC "Company SMD".
The device is controlled using the Pelco-D / Pelco-P protocol through the RS-485 interface from a computer, or by means of an additional control controller, control panel.Device address, RS485 interface speed and control protocol type are set using microswitches during connection.
Thermal housings and video cameras of the Orion type-1 series can be equipped with a glass washer.
The washer ensures the supply of washer fluid complete with a system for cleaning the glass surface of the thermohousing of CCTV cameras of the Orion series manufactured by SMD Company LLC. It can be used as an additional component (option "CM") to work as part of surveillance systems, including security television systems, in hazardous areas or areas of general industrial use, depending on the version.
The washer consists of a tank for washer fluid with a submersible pump and an electric valve, a remote control station for fluid supply with an electronic control unit, a nozzle for spraying washer fluid on the glass surface.
The washer can be completed both with separate thermo-housings of the Orion type-1 series with a glass wiper, mounted on a standard bracket, and thermo-housings, Orion type-1, mounted on a turntable.A flexible hose with a special laying allows you to make a full rotation of the platform by 360 g.
The degree of protection of the washer tank is IP67, the remote control station is IP66 in accordance with GOST 14254-96 (IEC 60529: 2013).The washer can be operated in different climatic zones (UHL1, HL1, etc.) in the temperature range from minus 30C to 50C, atmosphere type II or III according to GOST 15150-69.The minimum operating temperature of the washer will be determined by the temperature properties of the fluid filled into the washer tank.
The washer can be produced in the following versions:
1) Glass washer for thermal casing for general industrial purposes (without explosion protection).
2) A glass washer for a thermo-enclosure, which has an explosion-proof design in accordance with GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0: 2011) for use in mines (mines) hazardous by firedamp (methane) or by ignition of combustible dust.
The explosion-proof washer can be installed in hazardous areas of premises and outdoor installations in accordance with the assigned explosion protection marking РВ Ex d I Mb / 1Ex d IIC T6 Gb / Ex tb IIIC T800C Db, ТР ТС 012/2011, GOST IEC 60079-14-2013, GOST 31438.2-2011 (EN 1127-2: 2002), GOST R IEC 60079-14-2013, classifications of Ch. 7.3 PUE (6th edition, 2002) and other directive documents regulating the use of electrical equipment in hazardous areas, including regulatory documents governing the use of electrical equipment in underground workings of mines, mines and their surface structures, hazardous for firedamp or explosive zones dusty environments.
The environment may contain firedamp gas (methane) - category I, explosive mixtures of gases and vapors with air of categories IIA, IIB and IIC according to GOST IEC 60079-10-1-2013, as well as combustible dust of categories IIIA, IIIB and IIIC according to GOST IEC 60079-10-2-2013.
