are intended for switching, control and indication of operating modes of electric circuits of alternating and direct current of industrial frequency in explosive zones, as well as for connecting armored and unarmored electric cables of round or flat cross section in a metal hose or pipe.
The material used for the manufacture of control posts is stainless steel.
Control stations are provided with the following types of explosion protection: GOST R IEC 60079-7-2012 Increased protection type "e", GOST 31610.11-2014 (IEC 60079-11:2011) "intrinsically safe electrical circuit "i", GOST IEC 60079-1-2013 " flameproof enclosures "d"" and GOST IEC 60079-31-2013 equipment with dust ignition protection enclosures "t".
The equipment belongs to electrical equipment of groups I, II and III according to GOST 31610.0-2014 and is intended for use in explosive areas of premises and outdoor installations in accordance with the explosion protection marking. The equipment can be used in explosive zones of class 0, 1 and 2 according to GOST IEC 60079-10-1-2011, as well as in mines and mines GOST 31439-2011 (EN 1710:2005). The environment may contain explosive mixtures of gases and vapors with air of category IIA, IIB, IIC, dust IIIC.
As standard, the customer chooses: the type of cable glands, their number, as well as switching elements, indications, text inscriptions. Depending on the available space inside the housing, terminal clamps of two types are installed, screw or spring. Each switching element has one or two contacts. Normally closed and normally open contacts can be used. The manufacturer reserves the right to arrange all elements according to his project.
Posts can have signs with operational inscriptions in Russian and foreign languages: “Start”, “Stop”, “Forward”, “Back”, “Up”, “Down”, “Right”, “Left”, “Quickly”, “ Slow”, “Jog”, “Brake”, “Open”, “Closed”, “Off”, “Aut-0-On” and other short inscriptions on customer request.
