Switches are designed to automatically control processes by switching control circuits for moving parts of mechanisms. Position switches are designed to operate at specific intermediate points along the travel path, while limit switches operate at the end points: at the beginning and end of the path.
The design of the equipment and its components is intended for reliable and safe operation for the consumer and those around them, subject to normal operation.
The drive mechanism is a separate component of the switch and does not affect the explosion protection parameters, allowing this component to be replaced. Drive mechanisms can be lever-type, spindle-type, push-button, or similar.
The products have explosion protection types "Exd" according to GOST IEC 60079-1-2013, "Ext" according to GOST IEC 60079-31-2013, belong to electrical equipment groups II and III according to GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0:2011) and are intended for use in explosion-hazardous areas indoors and outdoor installations in accordance with the explosion protection marking. The switches also belong to group I and are used in mines, pits and their above-ground structures. The equipment is used in hazardous areas of classes 1 and 2 according to GOST IEC 60079-10-1-2011, GOST 31439-2011 (EN 1710:2005). The environment may contain explosive mixtures of gases, vapors with air of category IIA, IIB, IIC and dust IIIC according to GOST IEC 60079-31-2013.
