In accordance with Article 52 of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and paragraph 29 of Appendix No. 1 to the Rules of Procedure of the Eurasian Economic Commission, approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council of December 23, 2014 No.98, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission decided:

1.Adopt the attached * technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union "On requirements for fire safety and fire extinguishing equipment" (TR EAEU 043/2017).

2.Establish that the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "On requirements for fire safety and fire extinguishing equipment" (TR EAEU 043/2017) shall enter into force on January 1, 2020.
