Explosion-proof remote start devices UDP 512 HORIZONT (UDP) are designed for manual start of a fire extinguishing system, engineering systems or unblocking emergency exits in case of fire. The detectors and UDP comply with the requirements of TR EAEU 043/2017 (GOST 53325-2012), TR CU 012/2011 (GOST 31610.0-2014).
Remote start devices belong to electrical equipment of group I, subgroup IIC and IIIC according to GOST 31610.0-2014 (IEC 60079-0) and are intended for use in explosive gas environments, including mines and mines, as well as explosive dust environments. The detector complies with the requirements of TR TS 012/2011, GOST R IEC 60079-14 and other regulatory documents governing the use of electrical equipment in hazardous areas.
UDP explosion protection marking for groups II and III in an aluminum alloy and stainless steel case - 1Ex db IIC T6 Gb / Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db (GOST IEC 60079-1-2013, GOST IEC 60079-31-2013). For groups I and III in a stainless steel case РВ Ex db I Mb / Ex tb IIIC Т85°C Db (GOST IEC 60079-1-2013, GOST IEC 60079-31-2013).
The ambient temperature for manual call points and remote starters is from minus 60°С to plus 75°С. Type of climatic version UHL (NF) and HL (F) of category 1, atmosphere type II-IV according to GOST 15150, and relative humidity of air 100% at a temperature of not more than 250C and 95% without condensation at a temperature of not more than 400C. The degree of protection of the shell is IP66/IP67 according to GOST 14254.
The principle of operation of the UDP is optoelectronic, which allows you to completely eliminate the influence of external electromagnetic fields on the operation of the detector. Devices can be installed on any surface, including ferromagnetic. The drive element is made in the form of a button.
According to the body material - UDP are made of aluminum alloy AK12OCH and stainless steel AISI 321.
According to the connection method, UDPs are produced in addressable and non-addressed versions. Connection schemes: addressable - four-wire with a separate power line; addressless - two-wire or four-wire.
In the non-address version, the "Fire" notification can be transmitted either by increasing the current of the alarm loop (two-wire circuit), or using an electromechanical relay with switched contacts (four-wire circuit with a separate power line). The "Fire" current for a two-wire connection can be set using an additional resistor during installation.
In the addressable version, a four-wire connection scheme with a separate power line is used. Compatible address systems: "S2000 Orion"; "Frontier".
UDP are compatible with almost any control and reception devices.
